Cooks required for The Parlour

Wages on application

Tuesday – Sunday opening.  Hours TBC

Some kitchen and cooking experience would be a big help but is not essential. Mostly you need to be able to learn and have a good eye for detail.

We are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and energetic cooks/chefs/people to join our team at The Parlour on Bredy Farm. Solid, reliable and hard-working, with a willing attitude and a drive to learn new skills are the order of the day.  We need human sponges to absorb the skills you’ll be taught each day.  The farm produces  some of its own meat and some of the vegetables too.  We’ll be serving a short, seasonal menu that evolves through the month depending on the produce that we receive, harvest, forage and farm.

Fancy grilling over wood and charcoal, cooking pizza, making fresh pasta, baking cakes and tarts, serving local cheeses, collecting herbs from the garden?  Are you diligent with a good sense of humour?  If so and you love food and good times then give us a call as we’re looking to create a team who will be working in a happy, enthusiastic environment and who pull together to get the jobs done.

Fresh is best...we’ll be preparing, cooking and serving fresh tasty home cooked food daily. You will work closely with the head chef and other team members and the opportunity to learn and progress is well and truly there for the right people.

We are looking for enthusiastic, charismatic, charming, fun, humorous and smiley front of house staff to join our team at The Parlour on Bredy Farm.

Solid, reliable and hard working people with a willing attitude and a drive to learn new skills are the order of the day.  We need passionate floor staff who want to learn about the menu and the farm before charming the guests through the course of their meal.  Home made cider and local beer with a short but great wine menu will add to the flavor and personality of The Parlour.  As floor staff you’ll have to learn all about the menu and the ingredients that we use as well as learning about the animals and produce that is farmed and grown on Bredy Farm.  You will rotate from working on sections and serving food to doing the bar so plenty of experience to learn and take on new skills for the future.
